We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer project data for unrelated advertising.

3. Enterprise Customer Data

For enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, IoT, GPS tracking, and mobile app engagements, the customer remains responsible for the data it provides, uploads, transmits, or instructs Marga Systems to process. Marga Systems processes such data for the purposes defined in the applicable statement of work, master services agreement, SaaS agreement, data processing agreement, or similar written contract.

We may share information with trusted service providers, hosting platforms, communication tools, analytics providers, security services, payment or accounting providers, legal advisors, and integration partners where necessary to operate the business or deliver services.
